PASSPORT ISSUANCE/RENEWAL
The general public is encouraged to take note of the following:
- All visa and passport applications should be forwarded to nigeria.khartoum@foreignaffairs.gov.ng. The application letter should be addressed to the Head of Mission at the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in Khartoum, Sudan.
- All requests for Emergency Travel Certificates should be forwarded to nigeria.khartoum@foreignaffairs.gov.ng. The application letter should be addressed to the Head of Mission at the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in Khartoum, Sudan.
- The working hours of the Consular & Immigration unit of the Mission are from 9.00 am – 3.00 pm, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
